Barry Randolph Koch
Biography
Barry Randolph Koch brings decades of experience to the firm, practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Family Law, and Criminal and Traffic Law.
A longtime resident of Virginia Beach, Mr. Koch attended Washington & Lee University where he received his B.A. in American History. He earned his J.D. in 1977 from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.
Mr. Koch is a member of the Virginia State Bar, as well as the Virginia Beach Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has handled numerous appeals to the Virginia Supreme Court, Virginia Court of Appeals, and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has lectured at many programs and seminars for other members of the Bar.
Mr. Koch is actively involved in Virginia Beach community organizations, and he and his family are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach.
